Delivery

At Illustrations & Prints we do try to keep the delivery process as simple as we can. Unframed prints are usually sent within 3-5 working days from your order date, whilst framed prints are all framed by hand to order so can take around 10-14 working days to dispatch. If you need your prints any earlier than this, please ask and we will try our best to help.

Whilst we do try our hardest to keep to these guidelines, if we are very busy we can sometimes go over these timelines, but we will get your order out as soon as possible.

• A5 Unframed Print - £3.99 (Standard Royal Mail Delivery)

• A4 Unframed Print - £3.99 (Standard Royal Mail Delivery)

• A2 Unframed Print - £4.99 (Standard Royal Mail Delivery/Courier)

• A4 Framed Print - £6.99 (Courier)

• Accessories - £6.99 (Courier)

Standard Royal Mail Delivery can take 3-5 days.

If you require international delivery, please ask for prices prior to purchasing your print.

Frame Sizes

• Please note that an A4 frame is actually A3 in size, whilst A2 framed prints are 50x70cm in size.

• Frames are available in White or Black, both with white mounts.

• Frames sent via the website may have plexiglass and are either sent via Royal Mail or a Courier parcel service. A signature may be required on delivery. If you would prefer another method of delivery, please ask us direct to get other courier costs. 

• Please be advised that whilst we endeavour to keep frame styles the same, this is not always possible over time, and a repeat purchase may be framed slightly differently.

Accessories

• Candles, cushions and other home accessories can have a 3-5 delivery time as each is produced to order by hand.

Packaging

• Unframed A4 prints are placed in plastic, protective sleeve and sent in an A4 Manilla envelope.

• Unframed A2 prints are rolled by hand and placed in a protective cardboard tube. Please ensure that you shake the print out of the tube and let it unfurl naturally to avoid any damage that can be caused by handling.

• Framed A4 and A2 prints are wrapped and packed in cardboard boxes to protect them during transit.
